  • I’ve been really digging OpenAi’s new whisper. I think it’s really cool to be able to pull down youtube videos with youtube-dl and using whisper to get the transcripts. This is great for finding that quote you want from a longform discussion or podcast on YouTube. That’s why I started making (yfw)[https://github.com/hkievet/yfw/blob/main/src/yfw.js]. YFW stands for “YouTube, Ffmpeg, and Whisper”.
